needed for a class - good price
Rented for a class in a Masters program. A lot of valuable information. Was expensive earlier in the year, now that prices have gone down a little I will purchase for reference in my library-)

This! This book should be required for all interpersonal communication and/or comm leadership courses. Self-learners should also read this. It's got great information.
Building bridges to be able to communicate to others, to build our communication skills when talking to others from daily conversation with family our conversations the way we communicate with our children,spouse,sisters,brothers,mother,father; neighbors, kids in the neighborhood, professionals, religious elders and others in community leadership.
I needed this book for my communication class and am enjoying it. I am grateful that I bought thru . I just wish I could have had it sent direct
to Chiang Mai Thailand.
I love this book because it has good advice and it’s easy to read. There are plenty of examples of dialog. I keep this and work. Sometimes I just open it up and read a couple of paragraphs. It helps me. The title is also a good reminder. I want to keep building bridges, not burn them down. Words work for me. This book has helped me refrain from using destructive language. I didn’t read it cover to cover. I just open it up and read parts of it. The first time I borrowed it from the library. I wanted a copy to of my own to read from time-to-time.
